DDHS er dataansvarlig for behandlingen af dine personoplysninger, som indsamles af os, i forbindelse med henholdsvis brug af vores hjemmeside og i forbindelse med screening og verifikationsanalyse. Eksternt laboratorium har ikke nogen personoplysninger, som kan identificere dig som prøvegiver.
2. Formålene med og retsgrundlaget for behandlingen af dine personoplysninger
Vi behandler dine personoplysninger til følgende formål:
- Entydig identifikation via fødselsdato eller erstatningspersonnummer:
Dine data behandles med henblik på entydig identifikation af dig uden at laboratoriet modtager personoplysninger. - Levering af servicen:
Dine data behandles med henblik på at levere svar direkte eller via krypteret forbindelse.
Behandlingen af dine personoplysninger er baseret på databeskyttelsesforordningens artikel 6, stk. 1, litra a.
Hvis du har givet os personfølsomme oplysninger, behandles disse i medfør af databeskyttelsesforordningens artikel 9, stk. 2, litra a.
Behandling af oplysninger om persondata sker med henblik på entydig identifikation, jf. databeskyttelseslovens § 11, stk. 2, nr. 2, jf. artikel 7 i databeskyttelsesforordningen.
3. Hvilke oplysninger indsamles
Vi indsamler disse oplysninger:

Navn, fødselsdato, dato for indsamling af oplysninger. - Svar på test:
Dit screeningsresultat og evt. resultat af kontrolanalyse.
Vi opbevarer alene oplysninger så længe de anvendes til formålet. Anonymiserede testsvar opbevares for statistik.

1. Data controller
DDHS is the data controller for the processing of your personal data, which is collected by us, in connection with the use of our website and in connection with screening and verification analysis. The external laboratory does not have any personal data that can identify you as a sample provider.
2. The purposes and legal basis for the processing of your personal data
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
- Identification via date og birth and/or replacement social security number:
Your data is processed for the purpose of unique identification of you without the laboratory receiving personal data. - Delivery of the service:
Your data is processed in order to deliver answers directly or via an encrypted connection.
The processing of your personal data is based on the data protection regulation, article 6, paragraph 1, letter a.
If you have provided us with personally sensitive information, this will be processed in accordance with Article 9, paragraph 1 of the Data Protection Regulation. 2, letter a.
Processing of information about social security number takes place for the purpose of unique identification, cf. section 11, subsection of the Data Protection Act. 2, no. 2, cf. article 7 of the data protection regulation.
3. What information is collected
We collect this information:
- When using the website:

Name, date of birth, date of collection of information. - Answers to tests:
Your screening result and any result of control analysis.
We only store information as long as it is used for the purpose. Anonymized test answers are stored for statistics.
